Open Afternoon for GTPs
Kelvin Hall School is holding an open afternoon for Graduate Teacher Programme (GTP) candidates who are interested in English, Maths or PE placements on Friday, April 27.
The afternoon is open to all GTP candidates who have been accepted on to the scheme and are now looking for placements for the next academic year.
Candidates must arrive promptly for a 2.45pm start and the event will finish by 4pm. There is no need to register in advance.
Miss Hanson, is a current Maths GTP. She said: “I’ve really enjoyed my placement at Kelvin. It has been an excellent school for me, with loads of support and brilliant new facilities.
“I’ve really enjoyed it and I’d recommend both the GTP and Kelvin Hall to anyone looking to get in to teaching.”
Those who attend the open afternoon should meet at the school reception and will have the chance to take a tour of the school and meet the school’s senior leadership team and faculty heads.
