There are many reasons for parents to choose Kelvin Hall School for their child when they move up from primary school, as this year will be one of great success and change at the school.
Kelvin Hall pupils have always been successful in their performance outside the classroom too, with many taking part in sports teams and entering competitions such as Rock Challenge.
The Kelvin Hall School Building
We moved in to the brand new Kelvin Hall School building at Easter 2012 and all of our pupils have benefitted from the new opportunities and facilities it has to offer.
The new building greatly improved the facilities on offer by bringing the school up-to-date with all the latest technologies and learning styles, offering more flexibility and choice to students.
Kelvin Hall School accepts 270 new children each year, with the aim of having 1,350 pupils on roll by 2015.
Events and Activities for Primary School Children
At Kelvin, we hold a variety of activities and clubs specially aimed at children from local primary schools. These events, such as sporting activities and the 'Science Investigators' club are held to show the children what we have to offer and to help them become acclimatised with the site before they begin secondary school.
See the news section of our website for more information about ongoing activities for primary school children.
